The City of Boston is engaged in a year-long process of gathering recommendations for its revised climate action plan. Dozens of people, including scientists, business leaders, and residents from all corners of the city, have been participating in planning meetings and discussion groups. In March a series of community engagement workshops will be held to poll residents on a wide range of policy options the City is studying.
Registration is now open for these community engagement workshops at http://www.cityofboston.gov/climate/workshops.asp. Pick your preferred location/date, then when you’re linked to a calendar page, click on the *sign up* button (lower left), then input your registration data.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the challenges and opportunities facing Boston in a warming world.
