(he/him)

I was born and raised in New York with a commitment to public service and helping my community in any way possible.

I began my involvement in local organizing for environmental justice in 2014 with Long Island Clean Air Water and Soil. Learning more about the issues that my neighbors care about and seeing the difference that public service makes drove my commitment to stay engaged. I volunteered and worked in field, finance, communications, and policy on campaigns and government work from the local to national level.

Boston University gave me the opportunity to grow and develop my skills in an incredibly exciting city. I graduated in May 2022 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish with a minor in History. My time as an undergraduate helped me connect to the Boston community through my journalistic pursuits as a reporter and editor while also learning more about global culture and languages in the Boston University Madrid Internship Program in the spring of 2020.

From February 2022 to August 2023, I served as the Communications Director to Massachusetts State Representative Kevin G. Honan in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Allston-Brighton and Brookline are wonderful and diverse communities with residents who truly understand the power of coming together to transform their neighborhoods. I hope to use my experience in public service to ensure Boston community members always have a voice in shaping the environmental justice initiatives that will define our city’s future.

From the intersection of housing justice and climate justice to equity and inclusion for communities of color, I look forward to supporting the vision of BCAN in creating a climate resilient city where all Bostonians can pitch in and do their part to protect our environment.
